Those of you who have enjoyed our services in the past will notice that we've changed our name from P.S. I Love You!® to GiftSongs®. We made this change because we are in the process of adding new material to our catalog, and we felt that the name "GiftSongs®" better represents the variety of our current and future product line. Rest assured, however - we will maintain the same quality of goods and services that you have enjoyed over the last nine years.
When we began in 1994, we knew we had a "clever" idea. What we didn't know, and what still astonishes us to this day, is how emotional people get about our product. I can still remember the first time I heard that someone cried when they heard their personalized song - it was great to know that we had touched someone so deeply.
Since then, we've received hundreds of unsolicited calls, letters and e-mails describing the emotional impact of our productions. We've heard tales of entire wedding parties crying when our wedding song was played during the "first dance", and stories of mothers who are so proud of their song that they make everyone they know listen to it over and over again. We're told that people keep their song in the car with them so that they can listen to it first thing every day. I even spoke to one woman who told me that, after her house was burglarized, her first thought was not about her stolen jewelry or television sets, but about being without the cherished anniversary song that her husband had made for her three months prior. (Of course, we promptly produced a new song for her!). These stories may sound hard to believe, but they've become practically commonplace around our office!
Over the last few years we've been featured in hundreds of magazines and newspapers, including Cosmopolitan, the Los Angeles Times ,the New York Post, and many more. We've also done on-air interviews with some of the top TV and radio shows in the country. But the best part of working for GiftSongs® is still receiving feedback from our customers, so please don't hesitate to contact us - your message or request will always be promptly answered.
Our business has been growing steadily, and in the next couple of years you can expect to see our company logo affiliated with some very prominent corporations. Our catalog is growing and we will soon be able to offer a much wider variety of personalized products. But our first and foremost commitment will always be to keep you, our customer, totally satisfied, and to maintain the cherished emotional connection that we've enjoyed with you since we began.
